Registration day at the Department of International Relations for Erasmus students

The Registration Day at the Department of International Relations and Communication of the Latvian Academy of Culture is the last Friday before the official beginning of the study period. During the registration the Erasmus Coordinator prepares a lecture timetable from the courses of study chosen in the Learning Agreement. The Student should bear in mind that it might be necessary to make changes to the Learning Agreement: for example, if the chosen courses of study take place simultaneously or if the chosen course of study was cancelled due to the insufficient number of applicants. In order to register for the courses of study, the student receives a Course of Study Attendance Registration Form (detailed information). During the registration the Erasmus Coordinator also informs the Student about the study process, the lecture rooms, prepares a Certificate of Arrival and is ready to answer to any of the Student’s questions.
