Biography

Gatis Kampernovs holds a Master’s degree in tourism. He is an entrepreneur in the field of tourism, who has visited more than 70 countries around the world, using relevant experience and examples in his teaching work. As a guest lecturer, he teaches tourism-related courses at Vidzeme University College and the Latvian Academy of Culture. As the head of the Latvian Geography Olympiad, every year he trains the strongest students for participation in the international olympiads. He treats students and pupils as his future colleagues, therefore is always ready to provide his professional advice.
