Biography

Brand Management and Communication Expert Mg. sc. soc. Lolita Ozoliņa has been a guest lecturer at the Academy since 2017. Her scientific and professional interests include branding, focusing on personality, place and culture industry branding, brand culture and heritage, identity, organizational culture and communication processes. Lolita Ozoliņa has been working for almost 20 years in the field of advertising and marketing, creating and developing brands for local and foreign organizations. She graduated from the communication study program and obtained a Master’s degree in social sciences at the University of Latvia, Faculty of Social Sciences, then she continued her academic studies entering the doctoral program of Art studies at the Latvian Academy of Culture. L. Ozoliņa is regularly invited as a speaker at events in the field of communication and branding; she often participates in international scientific conferences, gives lectures to Erasmus students at the Academy and regularly gives guest lectures at Latvian universities. She is an expert of the qualification examination commission in advertising design in cooperation with the Latvian National Cultural Center
