Students of the Master's programme "Creative Industries and Growth Management participated in the Spring Academy “Reinventing Mentoring in Arts Management” in Tallinn, Estonia
From May 10 to 14, 1st year students of the Master's program "Creative Industries and Growth Management" together with lecturers from Estonia, Serbia, Spain, Belgium and Latvia and students from the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre and the University of Antwerp participated in the Spring Academy “Reinventing Mentoring in Arts Management” in Tallinn, Estonia.
Under the Erasmus+ project students learned about the impact of mentoring - on society and on a personal level as well as different dimensions of mentoring. During the Spring Academy students participated in workshops were they put their acquired knowledge into practise. Throughout Spring Academy, students also discussed diversity, accessibility, and discrimination in the cultural sector as well as ethics and empowerment, value creation in a digital context, etc. with the purpose to create new knowledge and improve their personal, cultural, and social growth.
