The Academy of Culture hosts an Erasmus+ guest professor Anja Müller-Wood
In September 2022, an Erasmus cooperation Agreement was concluded between the Department of English and Linguistics, English Literature and Culture of Mainz Johannes Gutenberg University and the Department of Cross-cultural Communication and Foreign Languages of the Latvian Academy of Culture, which secures student and academic mobility. Within the framework of this Agreement, Prof. Anja Müller-Wood, a prominent lecturer and researcher, delivered lectures to the Academy students in the third week of November, touching upon fascinating aspects of literary theory: literary stylistics, literature and culture, narrative theories, which provide an insight into narrative and stylistic strategies, employed by authors of literary texts.
